Fermented Pig Milk
Aged, fermented, and mildly alcoholic. Just like Earl.
$18.99 / bottle
We left a jug of pig milk in the back of the barn and forgot about it for a while. When we came back, it was fizzy, slightly boozy, and smelled like bad decisions. Naturally, we bottled it.
Fermented Pig Milk is our first (and only) alcoholic offering. It sits somewhere between kombucha and a cry for help on the beverage spectrum. ABV varies by batch because we are not scientists and our fermentation process is 'whatever happens in the barn.'
Tasting notes include: sour, funky, vaguely piggy, and a finish that one reviewer described as 'I need to sit down.' Pairs well with questionable judgment, a strong constitution, and the understanding that no one made you do this.
